 About this session: Starting an eCommerce business has never been cheaper or easier. Each year more and more consumers are choosing to shop from the comfort of their homes or smartphones. No matter your industry or product, chances are your ideal customer is waiting for you online.

But eCommerce is also complicated – it’s one of the most complex things an entrepreneur can do online. Whether you’re looking to start your online store from scratch or invest in online real estate for your existing business, this class is for you.

You’ll learn which shopping platform is best for your business, the key strategies for setting up an online store, making your store secure, how to process payments and handle shipping and sales tax, and which store features and marketing features you should take advantage of to get new and repeat customers.

eCommerce is a competitive landscape but you can equip yourself with the right tools and knowledge to make your store a success!

This webinar is hosted by the Chamber's Digital Marketing Business Advisor: Maisha Walker, President of Message Medium.

Note: All participants in this session will automatically be registered for an online Q&A session that will take place two days after the initial session. This allows attendees to start to implement what they have learned and then get answers on items where they may be stuck/need additional “hands-on” guidance from the instructor.
